The Year of a Million Dreams

From an overnight stay inside Cinderella Castle to a "Golden FASTPASS," dreams big and
small will come true at the Walt Disney World® Resort during "The
Year of a Million Dreams"... a first-of-its-kind celebration of the individual dreams of Disney Park Guests.
The year-long celebration, which began October 1st, 2006, features the debut of an incredible line-up
of new attractions and entertainment, plus new technologies that allow you to customize your Disney
Park experience.
And, for the first time, during The Year of a Million Dreams, Disney Cast Members will
award one million dreams, both large and small, including many "money-can't-buy" experiences,
to Guests selected at random through a unique "Disney Dreams Giveaway" promotion. The unbelievable
includes the creation of over-the-top, overnight experiences for winning guests, including a
royal bedchamber inside Cinderella Castle at the Walt Disney World® Resort.
Dreams Large and Small
A day of royal treatment will end with a night of enchantment inside Cinderella Castle for a different
lucky guest each night. Cinderella's royal bedchamber, at the Magic Kingdom® Park, allows Disney guests
to stay overnight inside the park and enjoy a view shared only by Tinker Bell. The lavishly decorated
bedroom is located in a space originally planned as an in-park apartment for the use of the
Disney family.
In addition, during the year-long celebration, other Disney dreams both large and small will
be awarded in the "Disney Dreams Giveaway" promotion, such as:
- Traveling to each Disney resort around the world to serve as grand marshal in a
Disney parade
- A variety of unique Disney vacation experiences
- Admission to special parties and other extraordinary experiences in the Disneyland® and
Walt Disney World® Theme Parks
- Private meetings with favorite Disney characters
- A "Golden FASTPASS" ticket with unique access entitlements to some of Disney's most popular attractions
New Attractions and Entertainment Planned
Throughout The Year of a Million Dreams celebration the Walt Disney World® Resort will debut
major new attractions for you to enjoy.
- The Seas with Nemo & Friends at Epcot® - Nemo is lost "again," and you, aboard clam-mobiles,
join his friends to search the world's largest saltwater aquarium for the playful clownfish in
a stunning display of new entertainment technology inspired by Disney-Pixar's Finding Nemo.
- Finding Nemo - The Musical at Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park - Also inspired
by Disney-Pixar's Finding Nemo, the Great Barrier Reef comes to colorful life in an
all-new musical filled with spectacular scenery, elaborate puppetry and music by a Tony-Award-winning
composer.
- The Laugh Floor Comedy Club at the Magic Kingdom® Park - You will find the power
of laughter in an engaging and interactive new adventure inspired by Disney-Pixar's Monsters,
Inc. as you match wits with the one-eyed hero Mike Wazowski and his friends.
Additionally, special entertainment and programs will be in place at the parks and resorts to accommodate
the desire and wishes of would-be Disney Princesses, pirates, adventurers and space explorers. You will
be able to customize your visit to a Disney park to pursue the "Dream Track" of your choice with on-line
planning tools and in-park technology to help you become the hero or princess you've always dreamed of being.

Through the mists of Asia, a colossal new adventure rises. Expedition Everest™! Hop on a high-speed train through the
Himalayas for treacherous chasms and hair-pin turns which are just the start of the action.
But beware, screams get the attention of the mountain's guardian... the dreaded Yeti. In an
instant, frigid winds blast and icy tracks hurl the train forward, then backward into the abyss
on a spiraling drop into the mountain. You see the beast. Trouble is, he sees you too.

Disney's Magical Express Service

Walt Disney World® Resort's innovative service called Disney's Magical Express offers complimentary
airport shuttle, luggage delivery and airline check in for Disney Resort Hotel guests*.
Disney's Magical Express allows you to check your bags at your hometown airport, bypass baggage claim at Orlando
International Airport and board luxury motorcoaches to the Walt Disney World® Resort. Your bags then "magically" appear
in your room upon check in. The round-trip service is complimentary, and is designed to give Disney Resort Hotel guests the
stress-free vacation they want.
Disney's Magical Express service makes your return to the Orlando International Airport hassle-free as well.
This convenient system allows you to avoid airport check-in lines by enabling passengers on domestic flights** to check their
luggage and receive a boarding pass before departing their Disney Resort Hotel. Guests with flight departures later in
the day no longer have to worry about their luggage after they check out of their hotel. You can simply check your luggage
at the Resort Airline Check-in Desk and then enjoy the last day of your stay.

The excitement, the thrill and the rush of rocketing into outer space can now be experienced
at the Walt Disney World® Resort. Mission: SPACE, presented by HP - an awesome adventure at
Epcot® - sends you on an out-of-this-world journey you'll never
forget.
Accept the mission, and engage in a one-of-a-kind astronaut experience that launches
you into a simulated space adventure - from pulse-racing liftoff to the sensations of traveling
though outer space on a mission to Mars.
The attraction is the most technologically advanced ever created by Disney. In association
with former NASA advisors, astronauts and scientists, Walt Disney Imagineering developed
Mission: SPACE as the first ride system ever created to take guests straight up in simulated
flight.
Pre-Show: The setting for the attraction is several decades into the future at the
International Space Training Center. As the "crew" selected for this ultimate space mission,
you head to the dispatch area and then move to the Ready Room where you receive a history
of astronaut training and are given the role you will assume during the mission - as the
commander, pilot, navigator or engineer.
Countdown Liftoff: Then it's on to the pre-flight corridor to load into the spacecraft,
receive final briefings from CapCom and buckle in for liftoff. When the countdown reaches
zero, the most unique and exhilarating ride experience ever begins. The earth begins to rumble,
white clouds of exhaust start to stir as the ascent toward the sky starts and you are rocketed
into the galaxies. You'll hear from CapCom and will be asked to perform vital tasks that will
land the spacecraft safely on Mars. Each guest assumes the role of Commander, Pilot, Navigator or
Engineer. But there is no mission without surprise as you encounter unexpected twists, turns and
other challenges that test every astronaut. Quick thinking and fast reactions are needed to
successfully complete the mission.
Post Show Training is not complete when the capsule lands. You can proceed to
the Mission: SPACE Post Show, powered by HP. In this Advanced Training Lab, guests of all
ages have an opportunity to explore interactive space experiences, which include:
- Space Race - Two teams compete against each other in a race to send their rocket
from Mars back to Earth. Nearly 60 people can play the high-energy game at one time.
- Space Base - For junior astronauts, Space Base provides a fun, interactive crawl
space for exploration.
- Expedition: Mars - A joystick and a jet pack button help you explore the surface
of Mars.
- Postcards from Space - E-mail a video of yourself with one of the space-themed
backgrounds and create a great souvenir of your Mission: SPACE experience.
This year the Walt Disney World® Resort is celebrating Magical
Gatherings™, the special magic that happens when people gather together. Groups
of eight guests or more who are staying at selected Walt Disney World® Resort Hotels are eligible to
participate in exclusive Grand
Gatherings Experiences and services. This is your chance to make memories, rekindle
relationships, and remind each other what being a family is all about.

Well wait no more! Introducing Disney's FASTPASS®... the complimentary time-saving
alternative to long lines!
Simply insert your park admission pass into one of the FASTPASS® dispensing
stations located at participating attractions and you'll receive a scheduled time to ride
that attraction. When your time rolls around, come back and you'll be onboard within 5 to
10 minutes!
Disney's FASTPASS® service is currently being offered for select attractions
at all four of the Disney World® Theme Parks.
