Line® offers a convenient air program that includes round-trip air transportation, motorcoach
ground transportation and all baggage transfers for a completely hassle-free vacation experience.
Below you'll find a current listing of the US and Canadian gateway cities offered with the
air program.
If your gateway city is not listed, please ask one of our vacation specialists for
assistance, as we also offer standard published airfare from all domestic and international
air cities.
Ground Transfers may also be purchased separately (if you are not purchasing the optional
air program through Disney Cruise Line) for $69 per person (7-Night Land & Sea
Packages) and $49 per person (3, 4, or 7-Night Cruise Vacations).
Air Program Includes:
- Round-Trip Air Transportation
- Motorcoach Ground Transportation - You'll be met at the airport by a
Disney representative who will escort you to your motorcoach.* During your
transfer to the Cruise Port, a video will be presented outlining the highlights
of your upcoming vacation.
- All Baggage Transfers - From the plane, to the hotel, to the ship, you'll
never have to carry a bag.*
*Provided you arrive during standard Disney Cruise Line
airport pick-up operating hours.

Disney Cruise Vacations acts as sales agent for contracted air carriers and reserves
the right to designate any air carrier, including commuter and charter services, connections
routing, and schedule from each originating city offered. For specific flight information please
see the "Special Air Requests" section below. Tickets issued are highly restrictive and may not
be reissued, revalidated, or exchanged for another carrier or routing. Penalties for cancellations
or rebooking resulting from a change made by the guest must be paid by the guest. Tickets are
refundable only to Disney Cruise Vacations.
Disney Cruise Vacations Air Program is not included in the 3-, 4- or 7-night Caribbean cruises
nor the 7-night Land and Sea vacation pricing. The Air Program consists of round-trip economy air
transportation, motorcoach transportation, and baggage transfers. Motorcoach transportation
for a 3-, 4- or 7-night Caribbean cruise vacation includes transfers to and from a Central Florida Aiport
and Port Canaveral. The 7-Night Land & Sea Vacation also includes motorcoach transportation
to the Walt Disney World® Resort. Air transportation will be arranged to and from a Central Florida
airport for Caribbean cruises in accordance with the scheduled vacation dates. Central Florida airport
means one of the following airports: Orlando, Melbourne, Daytona Beach, Tampa or, during peak travel periods, Jacksonville.
GATEWAY CITIES
Space may be limited from certain gateway cities and availability of any gateway city may be
restricted or withdrawn without prior notice. Disney Cruise Vacations reserves the right to
designate any air carrier, including commuter and charter services, connections, routing,
and schedule from each gateway city.
FLIGHT CONFIRMATION AND SEAT ASSIGNMENTS
Flight schedules are confirmed by Disney Cruise Vacations 30 days prior to vacation commencement.
Guests are advised to reconfirm flights and times within 48 hours of departure directly with the
assigned air carrier. Disney Cruise Vacations is not responsible for seat assignments, special
meal requests, frequent flyer information or other similar airline-related matters and recommends
that these be handled by the guest or travel agent (Vagabond Cruise & Travel) directly with the airline.
FLIGHT SCHEDULE
CHANGES/LAYOVER/REROUTING
Disney Cruise Vacations and Vagabond Cruise & Travel, Inc. are not responsible for airline schedule
changes, cancellations, rerouting or any disruptions of scheduled services once air documents
have been issued.
SPECIAL AIR REQUESTS
Special air requests provides the opportunity for you to select the airline, flights and times
of your choice. Requests are subject to availability and confirmation for a non-refundable fee
of $50 per person (subject to change). Additional airline charges and certain restrictions
may apply. Requests must be made in writing to Disney Cruise Vacations Deviation Desk at least
60 days prior to departure for individual reservations and 90 days prior to departure
for group bookings. Guests deviating from the standard Air Program may forfeit ground transfers
and will forfeit hotel accommodations, if applicable.
OVERNIGHT HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Due to arrival/departure times and availability, it may be necessary for guests to stay overnight
en route to or from their vacation at a location other than their destination. In such event,
Disney Cruise Vacations reserves the right to offer complimentary accommodations at its
discretion. Guests will be responsible for their own meals, incidentals and all other expenses.
CHILDREN'S AIRFARE
Children under the age of two can travel for free sitting on an adult's lap. Guests have the
option of purchasing a seat for the infant at the air add-on rate. Consult our vacation
specialists for assistance.
MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
- No changes will be permitted to any air booking 60 days or less prior to departure.
- Guests traveling on separate reservations may be ticketed on a different airline
or routing.
- We recommend you allow a minimum of four hours at the beginning and end of your cruise
for travel time, customs clearance and security checks at the port and airport.
